This revolutionary multi-phase Continuing Care Retirement Community highlights Rheinlander Architects' decades of experience creating a variety of occupancies and construction types that are interconnected and function as one large neighborhood while maintaining all regulatory requirements.
We designed this comprehensive care community to transcend traditional senior living solutions. Our design incorporates resort-style amenities, including a full-service spa, high-end restaurant, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and art studio. A standout feature is our unique Memory Care design, which facilitates intergenerational activities with the larger community, including an adjacent Montessori school. We created a Community Center that joins a four-story independent living building to a four-story assisted living building, offering amenities like a theatre, multiple dining venues, (including one with Teppanyaki cooking stations), a bar, game room, library, and fitness area. The independent and assisted living apartments offer multiple floor plan options, ranging from 627 sq ft to 1,198 sq ft, catering to diverse resident needs and preferences.
This multi-building, multi-story project consists of a combination of Steel, Load-Bearing metal stud, Concrete and Wood structures to achieve the most economical solutions to the various code and program requirements. It demonstrates our ability to create a modern, technology-enhanced environment that prioritizes resident care, communication, wayfinding, and security within a resort-style living setting.
